Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking HR Manager for our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the hotel's HR operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure smooth HR processes to support a high-performing hospitality team.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals
- Support employee relations and address employee inquiries or concerns
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
