Anti-fraud Risk Strategy Analyst (Senior/ Lead/ Expert) 
Responsible for managing the company's risk control strategy, building a risk prevention and control system, and ensuring business development.
Responsibilities- Policy Framework: Build risk prevention and control framework for new products, formulate policies and governance plans.
- Strategy Deployment: Full chain management of risk strategies: design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, verification, and iteration for fraud, credit, and padding risks.
- Case Analysis: Use machine learning and statistical modeling to identify fraud cases, analyze methods, and serve strategy deployment.
- Monitoring and Early Warning: Monitor risk trends and strategy effectiveness, build early warning capabilities.
- Risk Control Review: Review user submissions and optimize risk control strategies to reduce disturbances.
- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work with product, technology, legal and compliance teams to embed risk control into business processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: More than 3 years in risk management, fintech, or consulting, with experience in transaction risk control and anti fraud strategies.
- Model & Rule Engine: In depth understanding and practical experience in risk control strategy formulation, model building, and rule engine design.
- Data Analysis Tools: Proficient in Hive, SQL, Python, and R.
- Risk Control Technologies: Familiar with risk control models, anti fraud systems, and decision engines.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Strong interest and passion for the risk control field.
- Meticulous, responsible, and strong stress resistance.
