• Monday-Friday; 6am - 3pm - 20 shifts/month
• Call Optional
• Care Team Model: 22 CRNA; 8 MD
• Meditech EMR
• Case Mix: Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cath Lab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry
• Requirements:

• • Must have FL license
  • Must be Board Certified
  • Must have clean file and background
  • ACLS
