About the role:

The Analyst, Supply Operations, APAC is responsible for providing technical support for Vistar's marketplace offering across APAC and will be based in Sydney. This is a role that requires strong organisational skills to ensure Vistar's partners get the most out of Vistar's products and services. The Analyst, Supply Operations provides a great customer support experience while also sharing product feedback and reporting issues to internal teams.

What you'll do:
  • Become an expert in Vistar's programmatic products and services
  • Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting both demand & supply side issues, including inventory discrepancies, tag or pixel validation, and campaign delivery challenges, providing technical support to both clients and internal team members.
  • Own all platform support enquiries that come through via Zendesk and keep within agreed SLAs in response times and escalations to engineering as required.
  • Support enquiries include, but not limited to:
    • Platform questions from users of Vistar's DSP or SSP
    • Troubleshooting issues from media owners, DSP partners and campaign delivery issues
    • Ad hoc enquiries
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and documentation
  • Communicate client feedback, product usage, and software issues to relevant teams such as Product and Engineering
What experience we're looking for:
  • 3-5 years of technical support experience
  • Programmatic advertising operations experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or related field
