Aircraft Maintenance Supply Chain Manager

We are hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Supply Chain Manager to oversee all logistics functions of a large aircraft (fixed wing and rotary wing) maintenance centers - including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and distribution-to ensure continuous operational readiness and material accountability.

He / she will plan, coordinate, and evaluate logistics activities to meet mission requirements, including forecasting, environmental compliance, and contingency operations.

• Oversee logistics operations : Manage procurement, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and just-in-time supply delivery to ensure continuous operational readiness for aviation and maintenance units.
• Advise and coordinate : Serve as the primary advisor to maintenance management and coordinate all logistics requirements with internal departments and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance and accountability : Maintain 100% property and inventory accountability, monitor import / export processes, and ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and safety standards.
• Develop systems and policies : Create and implement logistics policies, SOPs, and risk management programs to improve efficiency, cost control, and continuity of supply operations.
• Lead and mentor personnel : Supervise, train, and evaluate logistics staff, establishing clear performance standards and fostering professional development.
• Analyze and optimize performance : Track logistics metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to meet cost, productivity, and operational targets.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Certified logistics course
• Minimum of 10 Years Experience in providing Logistics Support in aviation maintenance
• Minimum of 6 Years of leadership experience, preferably in a multicultural and / or military environment.
