Responsibilities 
- Build and lead the agri trading desk, focused on B2B transactions with processors, manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
- Originate and execute trades in core agri products such as grains, oilseeds, sugar, pulses, or softs, depending on candidate expertise and market access.
- Develop and grow a customer portfolio, leveraging existing relationships and uncovering new commercial partners.
- Collaborate with risk, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Take P&L ownership and contribute to the strategic development of the agri division.
- Provide market insights and contribute to pricing strategies, freight solutions, and trade structure development.
- Lead or contribute to logistics, structuring, and contractual negotiations (GAFTA / FOSFA where applicable).
