We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to provide courteous, prompt, and efficient reservations service to the guests.
About You- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management will be an asset
- Excellent English communication skills in spoken and written are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Opera-preferred)
