Overview of the roleThe purpose of the International Aftersales Performance & Planning Manager is to facilitate planning, performance, and governance of Al Futtaim International Automotive market areas. This role is responsible for creating and implementing business planning processes, including strategic plans, financial forecasting, and providing improvement strategies for underperforming regions. The job holder will also develop and establish KPIs for performance measurement and monitoring.
What you will do Forecasts- Build and prepare market area forecasts in line with Global Aftersales Automotive Group objectives to deliver financial revenue and GM plans.
- Use market intelligence to strengthen the performance of all Global Aftersales Automotive Group International market areas.
- Analyze, challenge, and support weekly forecasts.
- Review market area forecasts and actual performance markers, revenue, GM, and KPIs, and report any gaps to budget or trend.
- Provide weekly reporting and monthly trend analysis of all markets to the Senior Head of Department/GM.
- Build up business performance reporting consolidation in line with monthly, quarterly, and business reviews.
- Provide timely market area specific reporting, utilizing absolute performance metrics and dispersions, to provide a detailed visualization of business trends to the Senior International Performance & Planning Manager.
- Conduct regional in territory market research and sizing to create individual market specific campaigns and strategic direction.
- Manage International market area performance and create recovery strategies and initiatives to deliver on plan performance across all dispersion measurements.
- Control all International market region OPEX/CAPEX spend in line with budget levels.
- Understand current levels of market area OPEX and CAPEX spend, future requirements for business expansion, and projects.
- Monitor levels of customer service by brand and region to ensure the reputation of Global Aftersales Automotive Group is upheld and protected at all times.
- Measure and understand underperformance trends, creating recovery action plans and reporting to the Senior Performance and Planning Manager as required.
- Build relationships with all Market Area partners and downstream management teams to strengthen network relationships.
- Strategic and structured business understanding, both long term and short term.
- Analytical, data driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills.
- Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.
- Commercial acumen and proficiency in financial statements.
In this position you will be working in a fast paced and diverse Automotive Aftersales environment. You will be reporting to the Head of Planning and Performance.
What Equips You For The Role- Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred) with experience in planning/analysis and understanding of After sales business.
- 5+ years of professional experience at an OE supplier or a major OES vendor
