Customer Service Representative required at Afaf Building, Bur Dubai. This role offers a dynamic work environment in a historic and culturally rich neighbourhood, with opportunities for career growth.
Job Details- Position: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Afaf Building, Bur Dubai, Al Mankhool, Dubai, UAE
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 4,500 per month (based on experience)
- Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, paid leave, and performance incentives
- Start Date: Immediate
- Assist residents and visitors with enquiries related to building services, amenities, and local information.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and in-person requests.
- Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to address resident concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and service requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all building occupants.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be currently located in the UAE (only UAE-based candidates will be considered).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, and record-keeping software).
