We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team of advocates and help ensure the efficient operation of our legal practice.

Responsibilities:
- Assist advocates in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court pleadings
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements for advocates
- Communicate with clients, court officials, and other parties involved in cases
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate advocate
- Assist with billing tasks, including tracking time spent on cases and preparing invoices

Requirements:
- Degree in Law or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus)
- Experience working as a legal assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team
