Direct Response Employment are delighted to be supporting our client in Warminster who are on the look out for an administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be working closely with the sales and project teams in a fast paced and varied role where you will be responsible for varied tasks in order to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
- Liaising with clients and suppliers via phone and email.
- Managing engineer diaries, including scheduling deliveries.
- Processing delivery notes.
- Managing engineer worksheets.
- Ordering products for installation or replacement as and when required.
To be considered for this role you will have previous administrative experience, highly organised with good knowledge of excel and word.
The role is working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week although their could be some flexibility with hours.
