Administrator

We have a vacancy for an administrative position:

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Dealing with emails, including both incoming and outgoing.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and other staff.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,500 /year
