If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our client is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their pople Operations & Development Team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining various administrative processes and providing crucial support to our team.

Main Purpose of the Role:
As the Administrative Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the People Operations
& Development Team and the Assistant Site & Facilities Manager.
Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, including coordinating onboarding for new employees, supporting Learning &
Development initiatives, and organising People Operations events.
You'll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors attending these events, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
Additionally, you will manage the reception area at our head office and notify others of visitor arrivals.

Key Accountabilities:
Your diverse set of responsibilities will also include assisting with employee life cycle tasks, fleet management,
and sourcing quotes for various site and facilities-related projects. You'll ensure data and administration are handled accurately
and in compliance with GDPR regulations, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. Furthermore, your role will involve
maintaining communication platforms, posting content, and helping with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Key Stakeholders / Relationships:
You will collaborate closely with the Director of People Operations, the entire People Operations & Development Team,
the Assistant Site & Facilities Manager, and various departments within the company.
Your role will require effective communication and a strong sense of teamwork.

Experience and Skills:
While you don't need to be an HR or H&S expert, your previous experience in administrative roles, especially in HR,
Learning & Development, or Health & Safety offices, will be valuable. Proficiency in mail merges, attention to detail,
and excellent organisational skills are essential. You should be a strong communicator, discreet, and dedicated to maintaining confidentiality.
A valid driver's license is required, as there may be occasional fleet management tasks.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining office and remote work. Candidates should be self-motivated, organised,
and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. It's important to note that this position is not a stepping stone to a career in HR;
