Safety Officer - Construction (UAE) 
Confidential Company - Immediate Joiner - Construction Site - UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah)
Responsibilities- Develop and implement health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Plan, deliver and supervise HSE training programmes for staff and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and maintain accurate HSE documentation.
- Collaborate with local authorities and utilities to support fire safety systems and emergency preparedness.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in safety management for construction or related sector.
- NEBOSH Certification (or equivalent) and a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety and environmental regulations and international best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive safety first culture.
UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah) - onsite work required. Frequent site visits and coordination with utility sites.
