The Admin & Sales Coordinator is a dynamic and multifaceted role that supports the sales team and ensures the smooth running of the administrative functions within an organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a talent for multitasking and attention to detail. This role requires coordination between departments and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously. The Admin & Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships and improving the effectiveness of the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assist with the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records regularly.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management review.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and sales opportunities.
  • Organize and facilitate sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Provide administrative support by managing schedules and appointments.
