My client a leader in the Mechanical Engineering sector have an urgent opening for an Admin Assistant to join their expanding operations on a permanent contract.
Role Responsibilities:
Telephone Answering and Dealing with Enquiries
Printing & Filing
Data Input
Analysing Data & Reporting
Invoicing
Dealing with supplier queries
Supplier Payments
Building and Maintaining Relationships with Clients, Partners & Suppliers
Placing Orders
Booking Travel and Accommodation for Site Personnel.
Understanding the Quality and Service Commitments of the Company
You should Possess:
Experience in a similar role
Basic Administrative Knowledge
