Admin Assistant / Inventory Clerk$17 - $20 /Hour + Great Benefits!


Corwin Ford Spokane isseeking to hire aFull-time Administrative Assistant / Inventory Clerkto support our daily operations! You will be responsible for posting and organizing car deals, data entry, reconciliations, and general office duties.Candidates with previous Dealership Accounting experience preferred, but we will also consider those with Accounts Payable/Receivable or Bookkeeping experience!

Responsibilities - Admin Assistant / Inventory Clerk:

  • Examines sales/car deal contracts to assure conformity to specified requirements
  • Processes paperwork on a timely basis
  • Posts vehicle sale transactions to accounting books
  • Reconciles monthly schedules
  • Receive and process paperwork from the Business Office
  • Prepare trade-in vehicle jackets and ensure title is obtained
  • Perform other tasks as assigned



Qualifications -Admin Assistant / Inventory Clerk:

  • Ability to read and comprehend instruction and information
  • 3+ years of general office experience
  • Automotive accounting and ADP/CDK experience preferred
  • Previous Automotive Accounts Payable / Receivable or Bookkeeping experience will also be considered
