Accounts Payable Specialist

Title: AP Team Lead

Location : Fort Worth, TX 76140

Pay Range : $55K-$65k annually

Schedule:

• On-site for the first 6 months

• Hybrid (1 day/week WFH) after initial periodIndustry

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist with strong multi-entity experience to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the Controller with accurate and timely financial operations across 11 locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inter-company billables, journal entries, and invoicing across multiple entities

• Maintain organized and accurate records for 11 locations

• Perform credit card reconciliations and ACH payments (every Tuesday)

• Assist with AP tasks during month-end close to ensure deadlines are met

• Support invoice entry during high-volume periods

• Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs) for financial analysis and reporting

• Work with QuickBooks to manage day-to-day accounting functions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with multi-entity accounting

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs required)

• Experience with QuickBooks preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
