Pay Range: $20-$26/hour
About the Role:
A fast-growing marketing company in Omaha is seeking an eager and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
Utilize large ERP systems for data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
OR at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable
Experience with large ERP systems is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Benefits:

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave (where required by law), any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law , and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
