Location: Onsite - Omaha, NE
Pay Range: $20-$26/hour

About the Role:
A fast-growing marketing company in Omaha is seeking an eager and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial discrepancies

  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting

  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations

  • Utilize large ERP systems for data entry and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

  • OR at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable

  • Experience with large ERP systems is highly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave (where required by law), any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law , and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.




Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
