What Youll Do:

  • Handle all payroll responsibilities, including processing, reporting, and compliance
  • Process daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger updates
  • Maintain accurate records of payables, receivables, and inventory-related entries
  • Support end-of-month closing procedures
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

What Were Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation)
  • Strong background in accounting and payroll
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Dealership experience a plus, but not required we will train the right candidate

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience using DealerTrack or similar DMS
  • Prior experience with inventory or parts accounting
  • Familiarity with sales tax reporting
