Handle day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and assist with tax filings
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Support audits and financial decision-making processes
What We re Looking For:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is a plus
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in the UAE
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)
