The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection, and convenience across their business. With the increasing complexity of today's ecommerce and the rise of opportunities, the SAS team aims to leverage the full potential of each Selling Partner on Amazon by providing leading edge strategic consultancy using a data driven, collaborative, and customer focused approach to support our Selling Partners to achieve their goals.

The SAS program is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant who will be responsible for working with a group of Selling Partners to help them grow their business on Amazon. The Consultant will support launching on new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and listing selection, and developing a sales pipeline using a highly consultative and data driven approach. The role also involves on boarding and building long term relationships with key decision makers within prospective accounts. Given the early stage of the program, you will also develop processes, tools, and content for this service, shaping a key growth program for Amazon Australia.
Key job responsibilities

- Develop a thorough understanding of the competitive environment.
- Lead additional projects such as conducting competitive analysis, developing content, inventing processes, and tools to benefit stakeholders.
A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic consulting, relationship building, and business development. You'll engage with Selling Partners, dive deep into their unique challenges and opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and develop tailored growth strategies.
