Job DescriptionQuill Communications is looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive - Social Media with agency experience to join our growing digital team. If you thrive in fast-paced agency environments, enjoy managing multiple clients, and understand how great content and strong account management come together, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day social media accounts for assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with content, creative, production, and paid media teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare social media calendars, briefs, and timelines.
- Ensure client feedback is clearly communicated and implemented.
- Monitor account performance and support reporting and insights.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Support pitch work, proposals, and new business initiatives when required.
- Previous agency experience is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Passion for digital trends and social media culture.
- Work with a creative and collaborative team.
- Exposure to diverse brands and industries.
- Fast-paced agency environment with learning and growth opportunities.
