Role and Responsibilities- As an Account Executive, join a remote team of 25 salespeople across Australia.
- Manage relationships with existing Residential Real Estate Agency clients via virtual meetings and phone calls.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling new products and features; become an expert in Real Estate software solutions for a designated client patch.
- Maintain end-to-end relationships, introduce new and featured products, and communicate pricing and customer value to identify upsell opportunities.
- Address client queries and pain points; proactively solve customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals and achieve monthly revenue targets; document all sales activity.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university, or Real Estate Agency experience in a Sales role.
- Proven success in B2B consultative selling or account management; excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and drive win-win partnerships; ability to communicate ROI and business impact through storytelling.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a drive to meet targets.
- NICE TO HAVES: Virtual/phone-based sales experience; previous experience with Salesforce; understanding of residential real estate.
