Account Executive (contract) - Domain. Virtual sales of Digital / Software solutions to existing residential Real Estate clients. 12 month contract with potential pathways to permanent. Remote work from NSW or VIC with access to a sociable team.

Responsibilities- Maintain existing relationships through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling to a portfolio of Residential Real Estate Agency clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell on new products and features to drive revenue growth.
- Introduce new and featured products to solve client problems and help them achieve their goals.
- Provide clarity on pricing and customer value across Domain solutions and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Address queries and pain points, proactively solving customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals go out on time.
- Work towards monthly revenue targets and document all sales activity.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.
- Essential: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; proven success in B2B consultative selling/account management or Real Estate Agency experience as a Sales Agent or similar.
- Living within NSW or VIC.
- Excellent verbal communication; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Negotiation skills, handling objections, and ability to drive win-win outcomes.
- Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling; simplify technical concepts.
- Enthusiasm and drive to meet targets.
- Nice to have: Virtual/phone-based sales experience; experience with Salesforce; understanding of residential real estate.
