The Assistant Manager role is a multi-faceted position that blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. It focuses on driving sales through business analysis and superior customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing routines and store processes), leveraging creative expertise for floorset updates and product knowledge, and leading talent efforts from recruitment to development.
