We are currently seeking a 3D Visual Designer who will be responsible for translating conceptual OS&E and spatial design ideas into captivating visual presentations and detailed renderings that clearly convey design intent to internal stakeholders, project teams, and suppliers. This role seamlessly merges creative design vision with technical accuracy, ensuring every OS&E element reflects the brand's identity, complements the property's aesthetics, and meets operational requirements.

Our client based in Dubai, is one of the largest and most luxurious hospitality brands in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The role focuses on producing high-quality visual communications that support OS&E concepts across hospitality environments, aligning design intent with brand standards and operational needs.

• Produce high-quality visual renderings, digital mock-ups, and styled layouts for OS&E concepts across guestrooms, F&B outlets, spa, uniforms, accessories, and more.
• Design presentation boards, moodboards, and product catalogues that embody the brand's aesthetic vision and creative direction.
• Support the team in visualizing new product proposals, bespoke design concepts, and other creative deliverables required by the department.
• Prepare detailed illustrations and technical documentation to guide supplier briefs and production alignment.
• Convert technical information such as dimensions, finishes, and materials into visually engaging and easily interpretable formats for management review and approval.
• Utilize graphic, CAD, and 3D software tools to elevate product storytelling, visualization, and overall presentation quality.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a design or visualization role within hospitality, retail, or product design environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualization software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, composition, and material representation.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and hospitality design standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with hotel brand standards or luxury product design.
• Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate operational requirements into visually aspirational design presentations.
