We are currently seeking 15 reliable and safety-focused Assembly Workers to join our manufacturing team at Orica's Helidon site. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-renowned company that plays a key role in the mining and infrastructure industries.
What's on Offer:- Attractive flat rate:$43.78 p/hr
- 12-hour Rotating Roster
- 7 shifts per fortnight - great for work/life balance
- Day or night shifts: 8am to 8pm OR 8pm to 8am
- Full training provided - no explosives experience required
- Stable and secure role with a focus on safety and teamwork.
- Assembling explosive products and components to strict safety and quality standards
- Following detailed procedures and safety protocols
- Operating basic machinery and equipment
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintaining a clean and hazard free work area
- Proven track record of steady employment
- A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, both days and nights
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred but not essential)
- Must pass a pre employment medical and police check
