Do you know your way around a machine shop? Are you energized by the hunt for good deals and the thrill of the sale? If you have experience in metalworking or industrial manufacturingand youre ready to take that knowledge into a sales role wants to talk to you.

With a 20+ year track record and the strength of Productivity Inc. behind us, were growing and ready to add a Used Equipment Salesperson to cover Eastern Minnesota, Wisconsin, Eastern Iowa, and Eastern Illinois.

This is a unique role where your knowledge of the shop floor meets opportunity in the marketplace.

What Youll Do
  • Locate, evaluate, and secure used CNC and industrial equipment for resale

  • Identify and pursue industrial auction opportunities in your region

  • Build strong relationships with manufacturers, brokers, and equipment dealers

  • Accurately assess equipment condition, resale value, and market demand

  • Promote listings via and coordinate associated transactions

  • Track leads, quotes, and customer activity through CRM tools

  • Work independently and strategically to drive used equipment sales

What You Bring
  • CNC or metalworking equipment knowledgethrough use, service, or sales

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Motivation to work independently and manage a flexible, self-directed schedule

  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail

  • Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel regionally to visit customers and inspect equipment
