• Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 08:00-17:00 office, potential for emergent calls/visits after hours
• Call Schedule: 24 hrs while on-site
• Average number of office/clinic patients per day: 15-20
• Required Areas and Procedures: General Urology, Ureteroscopy, TRUS Biopsies, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

Requirements:

• Board Certified - Required
• Active MI state license
• DEA
• BLS
