Employment Information

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to grow our market presence and cultivate long-term relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners. This role blends sales strategy with escrow expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and understands the title process inside and out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources (agents, brokers, lenders, builders, etc.)
  • Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities to increase market share
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients and prospects by leveraging escrow and title expertise
  • Coordinate with internal escrow teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Track sales activity and provide regular reporting on performance metrics
  • Contribute to strategic planning and marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate services
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
  • Strong network of industry contacts preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person meetings and events

Physical Demands:
